After your rental application is approved, you’ll receive a detailed Welcome Home email that includes your new address and a move‑in guide. This guide helps you set up utilities, submit required payments, and complete all necessary documents—including your lease contract—before arrival. Our team will stay in touch to confirm every detail and ensure you have everything you need for a stress‑free move.

We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required. To ensure a smooth transition for all, our team will provide detailed move‑out instructions, which may include a pre‑move‑out inspection, an overview of the check‑out process, and what to expect on your final move‑out statement.
